Role-shaped layouts
A shared dashboard shell — sidebar, top bar — with a route tree per role under /student, /staff and /admin.

Widgets that matter
An attendance widget, marks cards, an announcements feed, a resource browser and a test interface.
(04)The honest bit
- Sign-in is a demo: one mock user per role, with the session kept in local storage. No real student data.
No fake users, no invented numbers. If it's a demo, it says so.
